Cabin Week in July: Family Mode at Pelican Lake

Last July at the cabin was exactly what we needed: no schedule, no rush, just water, food, and family.

The kids rotated between fishing, swimming, and asking for snacks every ten minutes. We grilled fish on the deck, watched storms move across the lake, and stayed outside until it was too dark to see.

The best part was seeing everyone settle into their own rhythm. Some mornings started on the dock. Some afternoons ended with a jetski loop and a sunset.

Trips like this are why the cabin matters. It resets everything.
